Prospectus D3 Medical Records and Health Information
Medical record and health information is a person who has passed the Medical Record and Health Information education in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. The medical record professional organization is the Indonesian Association of Medical Record and Health Information Professionals.
Based on Medical Record education qualified as follows:
  1. Standard for passing Diploma three as Associate Expert in Medical Records and Health Information
  2. Graduation Standard of Diploma four as Bachelor of Applied Medical Record and Health Information
  3. Bachelor's graduation standard as Bachelor of Medical Record and Health Information, and
  4. Master's graduation standard as Master of Medical Record and Health Information.
    1. Medical Record to be able to do their work, they must have a Medical Record STR. Medical Record STR is issued by MTKI with a validity period of 5 (five) years.
      Every Medical Record who performs his work in a Health Service Facility is required to have a Medical Record SIK. The SIK can be obtained if you already have an STR. SIK Medical records are valid for 1 (one) place. Medical Record can only do work in at most 2 (two) Health Service Facilities with a second SIK application by showing that the person concerned already has the first Medical Record SIK.
      Medical records that have SIK can do their work at Health Service Facilities, in the form of:
      • Puskesmas
      • Clinic
      • Hospital; and
      • Other health care facilities.
      In carrying out its work, Medical Records are required to carry out the recording/recording process up to reporting. The records/records as intended are kept in accordance with the applicable regulations.
      In carrying out its work, Medical Record has the right to:
      1. get legal protection in carrying out medical record work and health information in accordance with medical record professional standards;
      2. get complete and honest information from clients and/or their families;
      3. performing tasks according to competence;
      4. receive professional fees;
      5. get a guarantee of protection against work risks related to their duties in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.

      3. provide health data and information based on needs in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
      4. helping government programs to improve public health.
      5. comply with professional standards, service standards, and standard operating procedures.
      Management of medical records and health information services is the activity of maintaining, maintaining and serving medical records both manually and electronically to presenting health information in hospitals, clinical doctor practices, health insurance, health service facilities and others who provide health services and maintain records. The forms of medical record and health information services carried out by medical recorders include:
      1. paper-based medical record service
      2. manual medical record service and computer registration
      3. medical record management and health information services
      4. integrated health information system services; and
      5. electronic health information management services using health informatics devices.
